Vehicle return
The car must be returned on time, in the same condition, and with the same fuel level as at pickup.
Fines and fees
Parking fines, speeding fines, toll/road charges, and other fees during rental are paid by the renter.
- The renter must present a valid driving license and photo ID at pickup.
- The car must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup.
- Smoking and transporting animals are only allowed by prior agreement.
- Any fines, tolls, fees, and deductible costs during rental are paid by the renter.
- Cancellation and booking changes follow the selected agreement and cancellation timing.
- Parking must be in legal parking zones with free 24/7 parking, regardless of pickup location.
- Vehicles on yellow plates must register arrival each time they enter a public recycling site to avoid fees. This is the renter's responsibility.
